My name is Brianna Keating I own a two up 1 down townhouse style condo in the central n.w. I am the upstairs tenant of the townhouse. There is a sharedkitchen upstairs as well as shared entrance and large living room. Looking for one person to rent out the basement. It includes a large bedroom, walk in closet, private bathroom, in suite laundry. I will be living upstairs and I will be doing laundry outside the home. As of right now I'm finishing up some loose ends in the basement so it may not be done during veiwing but will be completed before you move in. I'm quiet and never home.
