My girlfriend and I have recently moved here from Vancouver and found ourselves a cute little house in the AppleWood area (68th & Memorial - 5 mintues from C-Train).We're looking to rent our basement to a single, responsible, quiet, professional, respectful, considerate, intelligent person. Preferably, but not limited to, a female.

The basement is spacious, surprisingly bright for a basement, clean, and has new appliances (fridge, stove, washer & dryer). We've just finished looking for places (initially a basement suite) and nothing out there compares to this suite. We specifically took this place for its appealing & rentable basement suite.

We're asking $850 + 1/3 utilities

It's quite nice and that's exactly why we're looking for a renter that is exceptionally responsible, quiet and who will take pride in their living situation.
