I have 2 bedrooms in a 3 bedroom townhouse for rent. The bigger of the rooms is $700 a month and the smaller is $600. A damage/security deposit of $250 is also needed. The house is located in SW Calgary 15 minutes from downtown and close to everything you need; a grocery store, 7-11, gym and much more. There is also a bus stop that is seconds away. Rent includes water, heat, electricity, washer/dryer, cable, phone (minus over seas calls) and internet hook-up. Everything is furnished except for the bedrooms. I am a nurse and my boyfriend is in school to become an electrician. We are quiet, clean professionals and are looking for the same in a room mate. If any of this sounds appealing please contact me.
