Hi, We are both 28 and looking to rent out some rooms in our home. We do have 2 dogs and 1 cat. We are looking to rent out 2 bedrooms joined by a jack and jill bathroom to one person. We are asking 700.00 a month for rent which includes everything expect your food. Our house is over 1800 sq, with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, living room with fireplace, kitchen. We have a nice big backyard, lots of street parking. Neighbour is quiet and with very friendly neighbours. smoking is not permitted in the home. .
