I have a two bedroom townhouse for rent in Evergreen. The master bedroom has a big walk in closet and enough room for a sitting area. The basement is unfinished which offers lots of room for storage. It comes with washer and dryer in basement for on site laundry. There is also a deep freeze and an optional futon that can be left if needed/wanted. There is a one car attached garage. All of the landscaping, snow removal, garbage pickup, and property needs are taken care of by a condo management company.

The house is available October 15th. I am hoping to get a one year contract but will consider a six month contract. Rent is $1500 and I will require a damage deposit of one months rent. I can be reached by email or at 403-607-8951.
