Laid back couple, looking for a M/F to share house with. Located off of Memorial Drive and 68'th St. this home is only a 10 minute drive to the southeast industrial area, only a 15 minute drive to downtown, and only a 5 minute drive to Marlborough Mall, Walmart (24 hours), Tim Hortons (24 hours), Rona, Golds Gym (24 hours), Safeway, and BDB Martial Arts (lol).

We are also only a two minute walk to the Penbrooke bus station which has an adjacent strip mall which includes Atlas Pizza, Macs (24 hours), Dairy Queen. I have found that living here I am very close to everything I need, even at ultra-late hours.

You will be getting a fresh start in a cozy, newly renovated bedroom which is: freshly painted, has new lino, new lights, curtains, and a new closet door. The common area include a spacious living room with a side dining room, and a kitchen (stove with oven, fridge, coffee maker, microwave). Perfect for you to cook your favorite meal and sit down and watch your favorite show.

The backyard has a huge brick patio with a BBQ and many places to sit down if you have a couple of guests you would like to share your god-awful, burnt cooking with. We also have a firepit for you to sit around after dinner to roast marshmellows (if thats not fun, I don`t know what is!).
