• Apartment rentals, directories and real estate links are preferred;
• Sites submitted must be in the English language;
• Reciprocal page must be indexed by Google
• Reciprocal page must have Google Page Rank value of at least 2
• Reciprocal page must have no more than 50 outbound links
• Websites that promote racism or that have offensive content will be rejected;
• Sites containing Adult Only content will be rejected;
• Sites suggesting illegal activity (including gambling and offshore pharmacies) will be rejected;
• Sites with little or no content will be rejected. Quality affiliate sites are acceptable;
• No keyword stuffing in titles or descriptions.
